MEET THE CEO - Domenic Giampaolo

When a business is driven by passion—for what it does and for the success of its customers—growth is a natural outcome.

From 2007 to 2010, we opened five stores. By 2015, that number had grown to 18. Today, we’re proud to say that Elite Supplements has over 120+ stores, with more than 40 of them being franchises.

“We’re incredibly proud of the franchise model we’ve built,” says Domenic. “In the health and nutrition space, we truly believe we’ve created Australia’s best franchise model.”

“It took Miki and I over a year to develop,” he continues. “It was a massive challenge—a struggle at times—but we’re so proud of what we’ve created. Our model is turnkey from day one, deeply integrated digitally, and designed to ensure every franchise owner knows their customers as individuals—each with unique lifestyle goals, fitness targets, and personal motivations.”

Along the way, we’ve always been mindful of our own health and wellbeing. We’re told we’ve become the ACT’s largest e-commerce business, for instance, and maintaining that success requires constant effort.

We don’t want growth to overwhelm us, but we know that, like our customers, our lives are becoming more demanding every day.
